I want to congratulate the new trustee-elect for District 3, Dan Micciche, and wish him the best in his new seat. It has been a privilege serving you, my constituents, during the last two years. We have budget transparency and citizen input to the Dallas ISD budget, a full-day Pre-K program, a new superintendent and an opportunity to move student achievement forward.
